COMPANY HISTORY

Formed in the spring of 2007, Simpson Sissons & Brooke Solicitors brings together three of Sheffield's brightest solicitors, each of whom are well-respected leaders in their specialist areas of the law.

With a total of seven staff operating from modern and easily-accessible premises in the heart of Sheffield, the practice can offer an impressive range of services, focusing on family law, conveyancing plus asset management, and personal injury specialities.

With more than 60 years of combined legal experience between them, the partners seek to provide comprehensive advice to clients, with a unique personal touch in keeping with the company ethos of combining a modern approach with traditional values.

Janet Simpson

Janet is a leading family law specialist with particular emphasis in dealing with complex financial matters arising from the breakdown of relationships.

She is one of only a few solicitors accredited by Resolution, the Family Lawyers Association, to deal with such complex matters but in addition is accredited in other areas of family law.

Martin Sissons

Martin specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, wills, probate and trusts work.

Applying his skills to high value estates he is able to save his clients thousands of pounds through efficient tax planning and asset management.

Jeremy Brooke

Jeremy is an accredited, award winning personal injury solicitor who has brought about the recovery of millions of pounds in compensation for accident victims across the country.

Jeremy provides highly personalised and sympathetic advice in what can be quite complex and lengthy cases. He can advise on the best options for clients and why legal action is not always the necessary course of action.
