CHILDREN ISSUES

The decision about where your child will live and how often they will see the other parent after separation is often a difficult one. It is always beneficial for your child if you can agree amicably. However, in some cases it is not that straight forward.

The law considers it as the right of the child to have a relationship with both parents. We can help you take steps to achieve an amicable agreement or alternatively help you when there is a dispute. You may need to consider making an application to the Court to resolve the issues. We can advise and support you in dealing with issues regarding your child such as residence, contact and parental responsibility.
